Returns & Exchanges

At Two Two, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original mailer and affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to ensure your return is tracked and safely delivered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
